Our standard residential sessions deliver up to 50 edited photos. In practice most shoots deliver more depending on the size of the property. Larger homes with pools, game rooms, and multiple living areas typically receive additional coverage. Every room and every significant exterior feature is photographed before we leave.
Photos are delivered the next business day after your shoot. Same-day delivery is not standard but can be arranged for urgent listings — contact us to discuss.

We accept card payments securely through Stripe, which also supports Klarna and Affirm at checkout. We also accept Zelle and CashApp. Payment is required to confirm your booking. Once payment is received we reach out to lock in your date and go over any details.
Yes. We photograph both occupied and vacant properties. For occupied homes we recommend having the space as clean and decluttered as possible before we arrive. We work around furniture and personal items but a well-prepared home always photographs better.
Yes. Drone is available as an add-on to any residential session or included in our Standard + Drone and All-In packages. Just select the package that includes drone when you book and we handle the rest.
Yes. Every photo is delivered edited, sized, and formatted to HAR specifications. You can upload directly from our delivery without any additional resizing or reformatting.
Field inspection photography is a service where we visit a property on your behalf and photograph the exterior. Useful for out-of-state owners, investors, and anyone who needs current photos of a Houston property without making a personal visit. We deliver exterior photos within one business day. Pricing starts at $20 and depends on scope.
Commercial photography is priced per project based on property size and scope. Sessions start at $200 and include exterior coverage plus a 1-minute exterior showcase video. Fill out our contact form or call us directly and we will put together a quote for your specific property.
